Refund policy

At Foryuni, we curate each piece to bring tranquility and intentional design into your home. If a selection doesn’t perfectly complement your sanctuary, we are here to assist with your return or exchange within the United States and Germany.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unused and Uninstalled: For safety and compliance, we cannot accept returns on lighting fixtures that have been hardwired or show signs of installation.
Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and mounting hardware included.
Proof of Purchase: Your order number or receipt is required for all returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned:

Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.
Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

4. How to Start a Return

Contact Us: Email support@foryuni.com with your order number.
Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us at support@foryuni.com within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. For confirmed defects or shipping damage, please contact us at support@foryuni.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Package Never Arrived: If your tracking shows your order has not moved in 10+ business days or the estimated delivery window has passed with no delivery, please contact us at support@foryuni.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, will reship your order or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@foryuni.com with your order number. After 24 hours, orders may have already been processed for shipment and cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If your order has already shipped, please use our standard return process once it arrives.

6. Return Shipping for Change of Mind

If you are returning an item due to "customer remorse" (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong color), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Return labels are not included in the package. All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility regardless of the reason for return. We recommend using a trackable carrier such as USPS or FedEx, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

7. Fulfillment & Return Locations

To provide competitive pricing and a curated collection, some Foryuni products are fulfilled by international logistics partners. Depending on the item, your return may be directed to a domestic or international facility. The correct address will be provided with your Return Authorization.

8. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

9. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Eligible exchange reasons include:

Wrong color or variant ordered
Item received does not match description
Defective or damaged item

How to request an exchange: Email support@foryuni.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for. Please contact us with photos and we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund. If your exchange is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

Please note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method instead.
